Outdoor Skating Spots?

Hey guys,
Dex and I were talking about finiding outdoor skating locales where we would have a bit more freedom with space and time (and free!)- This would be a great opportunity to get new skaters to work on their skills a bit more consistently.
So, please keep your eyes peeled for any of these outdoor types of areas that could double as our own little skills training areas. Maybe you even have something like this in or around your neighborhood?
Tennis Court
Paved Parking Lot
Open, Outdoor area
Trails (Monon, Pennsy- ?)

I live next to a huge business park that has open parking lots and even streets with virtually no traffic in the evenings and on the weekends. I spent a lot of time skating there when I was just learning how to skate. I'm sure that could work for us.
