If we want to participate in the Fishers Freedom Festival Parade, I need approval and a check for $100 and I also need a Certificate of Liability Insurance that states, "The Fishers Parade and Festival Inc. and the Town of Fishers are an additional insured for general liability under this policy." The certificate holder is "The Fishers Parade and Festival Inc.
and the Town of Fishers
P.O. Box 930
Fishers, IN 46038."

Can someone help me get this?  Our deadline is March 30!

I also need the following information:
Our Insurance Information is: (This applies to all parade participants unless we are providing a vehicle for our
invited guests.) This is for any vehicles being driven in the parade and/or pulling a float.
INSURANCE CARRIER (not your agent):_____________________________________________
INSURANCE CARRIER phone number: _____________________________________________
INSURANCE POLICY NUMBER: __________________________________________________
RESPONSIBLE PARTY__________________________________________________________
(Must submit a copy of your insurance card.)

In cases like this it is best to send this via e-mail (preferred) or PM to the BoD. This one actually needs to be sent to Dexter. I will send it now.

Thanks Upchuck.

I emailed USARS but I'm not positive they can do that, and I'm not sure what the next step is if they can't.

The bottom part that references vehicles, I assume we still need that from USARS as well, correct?

I really don't know. This was a suggestion from Hurricane and I posted awhile back about if we wanted to do it. I only skimmed through the application. I'll have to re-read it later tonight.

Are you sure it doesn't pertain to the owner of the vehicle?

Really not sure what it pertains to at this point.  It sounds like it has to do with the vehicle part, which we presumably would not have in the parade.  Let me know if you find anything else out about it.

Also Chuck,

If we do not skate do we need to have a CoI for the City of Fishers?
