I am PR oversight/chair; I think Jamburglar is going to be chair but I need to confirm this.

ok. mostly just curious as to the structure. I have been doing some research on PR and wanted to toss some ideas out to those listed. I don't necesarrily want to be the chair because of the distance to meetings and unfortunate timing so far.
